Icing
I like decorating all types of
cakes and using different colored icing.
The Vegan Royal Icing
Ingredients:
500 g icing sugar
2 lemons juice
3 tsp. of glycerin
water as needed
Directions:
Place the sugar in the mixer
bowl. Start the mixer. Slowly add in the lemon juice followed by
the glycerin. Add water to achieve the desire consistency. Beat for 2
minutes. Colour it as you wish.
