Fluffy Biscuits
Ingredients

cup brown flour 2 cups all-purpose flour1
cup fine ground almonds 1 cup sugar powdered
1 cup coconut powder
350 g butter softened.
It is possible to increase the amount of butter a
little.
Saffron threads
Pinch of cinnamon
Directions:
Mix all ingredients a, knead
the dough. Cut the dough into favourite shapes. Bake the biscuits
into a moderate oven until the biscuits get a nice light brown
colour. Let the biscuits cool down and then
take every two pieces and stick them together with a
piece of Nutella or jam. Dust them with powdered sugar.
